PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to one (1) Winner. The Prize will consist of the following: a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for the Winner (“Winner”) and up to one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the Toronto, Canada, area (“Trip”). The Prize will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near the Winner’s home to an airport in or near the Sponsor-designated destination city (the Winner and Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used, and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Administering Agency); ground transportation to and from airport to hotel in or near the destination; two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one [1] room, double occupancy, room rate, and room taxes only) at a hotel as determined by the Administering Agency and Sponsors at their sole discretion); ground transportation to and from hotel to the designated event location; and two (2) ringside seat tickets to the August 11, 2019, SummerSlam event (“Event”) at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada. If Travel Companion is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, OR TRANSPORATION OUTSIDE OF THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the prize is six thousand one hundred dollars ($6,100).
