Prize: (1 winner) Weekend Getaway Retreat for Two at a Wellness Spa (to be determined by the Sponsor) for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her One Guest), and a supply of AVEENO Ageless Vitality products. (ARV $3,540). Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest between a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s home and selected destination, standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for a 4-Day/3-Night stay, and transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. Exact details for the trip, including, but not limited to, the exact destination, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Guest of Grand Prize Winner must be at least 21 years of age or older and will be required to sign and return a travel liability waiver prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and his/her one guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and his/her one guest must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Airline regulations and travel restrictions may apply. All costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage, personal expenses such as telephone/Internet charges, and gift shop purchases general ground transportation, luggage fees, additional meals, excursions and activities, and in-room hotel charges are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a 100 mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor and trip must be taken no later than the date specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Trip prize must be taken within one year of the date that the Grand Prize Winner accepts the prize or prize will be forfeited. If weather affects the ability for Winner and his/her one guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner and/or Winner’s one guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or his/her one guest are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner and/or his/her one guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries.
