PRIZES:
INSTANT WIN PRIZES. Two Hundred Fifty (250) Prizes: a Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan*, approximate retail value (ARV): $400 each (owners of vehicles from 2013 or older), $450 each (owners of vehicles from 2014 or newer), $250 each (owners of LEAF® vehicles), or $1,250 each (owners of GT-R® vehicles). See Rule 9 for Additional Prize Information, Terms & Conditions. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend on the number of Online Plays on each day of the Promotion Period and when, during the Promotion Period as well as when during a given day of the Promotion Period, that an individual registers (and plays the Instant Win). As part of prize claim procedure, potential Instant Win Prize winners must provide Sponsor/Promotion Administrator with odometer reading on his/her current Nissan or Datsun vehicle upon request but no later than October 9, 2015, at 5:00:00 p.m. ET (or such other time as designated by Sponsor/Promotion Administrator in the Instant Win prize claim materials); and, failure to timely provide odometer reading will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture without compensation of any kind.
*Instant Win Prize winners who (1) have a current Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan or (2) are ineligible for the Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan will receive a $400 Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card (owners of vehicles from 2013 or older) or a $450 Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card (owners of vehicles from 2014 or newer) in lieu of the Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Instant Win Prize winners who are Nissan GT-R® owners who are ineligible for the Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan will receive a $1,250 Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card and Instant Win Prize winners who are Nissan LEAF® owners who are ineligible for the Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan will receive a $250 Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card. Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card is subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES. Three (3) Grand Prizes: Winner’s selection of only ONE of the following vehicles, subject to availability: a 2016 Nissan Maxima® sedan, approximate MSRP $35,625; or a 2016 Nissan 370Z® coupe, approximate MSRP $35,060; or a 2016 Nissan Rogue® sport utility vehicle, approximate MSRP $34,445. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive a Security+Plus® Prepaid Maintenance Plan, ARV: $450.
