The Promotion will be divided into six (6) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”).
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period.
Grand Prize: There are six (6) potential Grand Prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period – one (1) Grand Prize payout per Entry Period. Each Grand Prize will consist of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), payable over the course of twenty-five (25) years in a total of twenty-five (25) equal annual installments (each a “Grand Prize”). In the event that more than one entrant is confirmed a Grand Prize Winner in any one Entry Period, the Grand Prize will be divided equally among the qualified Grand Prize Winners who will each receive his/her portion of the Grand Prize payable over the course of twenty-five (25) years in a total of twenty-five (25) equal annual installments. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of an annuity with a present value of Six Hundred Two Thousand, Five Hundred and Sixty Seven Dollars ($602,567). Subject to these Official Rules, each Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) of up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for a Total ARV of all Grand Prize awards of up to Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000) with a present value of up to Three Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Two Dollars ($3,615,402). The Grand Prize Awards will not be awarded if the criteria for winner as set forth herein are not met.
Entry Period Prize: Six (6) Entry Period Prize Winners (one [1] per Entry Period) will each receive one (1) NASCAR.COM prize pack (the “Prize Pack”), at an ARV of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per Entry Period Winner. The Prize Packs will include one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) NASCAR.COM Superstore gift card, one (1) limited edition die cast car, and other NASCAR-branded items as selected by Turner, in its sole discretion. Gift cards are subject to the redemption policy of NASCAR.COM Superstore. Total ARV of Entry Period Prizes: One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800).
The total maximum ARV of all prizes available during the Promotion is Six Million, One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($6,001,800).
