PRIZE(S); ODDS OF WINNING. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded one (1) three day / two night trip for two people to the Maxim Fridays Kick Off Pool Party in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected within the sole and absolute discretion of AMG) and accommodations for two (2) nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of AMG, transportation to and from airport and hotel, VIP access for two (2) to the Maxim Fridays Kick Off Pool Party, including complimentary food and beverage, access for two (2) to a night time party at either TAO, Marquee or LAVO, including complimentary food and beverage (party and location to be determined in the sole discretion of AMG) (Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,500.00). The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must depart from the major airport closest to the winner’s home. If the Grand Prize winner lives within 250 miles of Las Vegas, NV, the Grand Prize will not include air transportation and no substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.
