PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
There will be Three (3) prizes awarded, as follows:

One (1) Grand Prize, which consists of one (1) 52”1080p LCD flat-panel HDTV and a
one (1) year subscription to digital cable service provided by Sponsor (approximate retail
value [“ARV”]: $2,280);

one (1) First Prize which consists of a one (1) year subscription to digital cable service provided by Sponsor (ARV: $780);

and one (1) Second Prize which consists of one (1) gift card to Best Buy with a face value of $100 (ARV: $100).

The total ARV of all prizes is $3,160
