PRIZING: The Sweepstakes will award the following prize:
a. “Grand Prize”: One (1) winner (a “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for
him/herself and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to New York, NY (the “Trip Package”).
Trip Package includes (i) round trip domestic coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and
Guest from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or
around New York, NY; (ii) accommodations for 2 nights/2 days(standard room, double
