A. Grand Prize (1): The “Grand Prize” consists of a prize package containing all of the following:

ii. GREENWORKS 60V GEN II String Trimmer. SKU: 1744634, and

iii. GREENWORKS 60V GEN II Blower. SKU: 1744477.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,399.97. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

B. First Prize (5): Each winner of a “First Prize” will have the choice of one and only one of the following items:

i. GREENWORKS 60V GEN II String Trimmer. SKU: 1744634. ARV: $199.99,

ii. GREENWORKS 60V GEN II Blower. SKU: 1744477. ARV: $199.99,

iii. 60V GEN II Hedge Trimmer. SKU: 1744630. ARV: $199.99, or

iv. GREENWORKS 60V GEN II Polesaw. SKU: 1744631. ARV: $269.99.

The ARV of each First Prize depends on the item selected by the First Prize winner. The First Prize winner must select from one of the items listed above when notified that he/she may be a First Prize winner. No more than five (5) First Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

C. The total maximum ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes awarded is $6,749.92.
