PRIZE(S): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”)
to attend the 2014 CMT Artists of The Year in Nashville, Tennessee on December 2, 2014 (the “Event”). The trip includes round
trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the
major airport nearest Nashville, TN, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax
only), two (2) tickets to the Event (seating as determined by Prize Provider), and airport transfers in Nashville, TN (Approximate
Retail Value “ARV”: $2,500.00).
