Each Winner and the guest (“Guest”) of each Winner must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry

Each Winner will be awarded one (1) prize consisting of the following:

(i) roundtrip transportation for two from Winner’s residence to Burlington, Vermont. Roundtrip transportation is to be determined as follows: If Winner’s residence is located 200 miles or more from Burlington, Vermont, (as determined by Sponsor), Winner will receive roundtrip coach class air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Burlington, Vermont from the international airport closest to the Winner’s residence (as determined solely by Sponsor) and roundtrip ground transportation for Winner and Guest from Burlington International Airport to hotel in Burlington, Vermont on dates of arrival and departure. If Winner’s residence is located less than 200 miles from Burlington, Vermont, (as determined by Sponsor), Winner will receive, in lieu of air transportation, one (1) $200 gasoline card;

(ii) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights in Burlington, Vermont for two (2) persons (1 standard room/double occupancy; hotel to be selected solely by Sponsor) with hotel check-in on March 9, 2018 and check out on March 12, 2018;

(iii) two (2) All Access Passes to all Magic Hat Mardi Gras weekend festivities, and

(iv) one (1) $500.00 debit card;

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $4,000.00,
