One (1) Prize: There will be one (1) Prize awarded. The prize winner (“Winner”) will receive the following prize package (“Prize”): six (6) nights’ trip for the Winner plus one (1) guest to Tuscany, Italy (“Trip”). Trip will include:
· Six (6) Nights Hotel accommodations;
· Roundtrip airline transportation for two (2) to Prize destination; and
· One elaborate cooking class for the Winner and his/her guest. Class selected by Sponsor in its absolute sole discretion.
· The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is thirteen thousand US dollars ($13,000 USD). Should the trip total be less than $13,000 after hotel and transportation, the balance will be awarded to the Winner (by check) as expense cash. For the purpose of clarity, the total prize package may not exceed $13,000
