PRIZES:

 One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
 The Grand Prize winner will fly away with two (2) friends to Philadelphia to attend the Jingle Ball concert.

 The Grand prize consists of:

 i. A round trip economy airfare for the winner and 2 friends (one of whom has reached the legal age of majority in the province or state in which she resides in provided the winner has not reached the age of majority) to and from a major airport near the winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Philadelphia. The winner and two (2) friends must travel from the same departure airport and on the same itinerary, with the same departure and return dates on their flight tickets. Winner and two (2) friends are responsible for all travel expenses not listed herein, including travel arrangements to and from the airports and during the trip, additional taxes, etc. Once reservations have been confirmed, no changes will be permitted. All bookings are subject to 100% cancellation penalties. Services required for passengers with special needs are not included in the package and may not be available. Winner and two (2) friends are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents and travel insurance documents (strongly recommended). All minors must have parental approval to travel and at least one of the persons travelling must have reached the age of majority in the province or state in which he/she resides before the date of the trip.

 ii. One (1) standard room/triple occupancy for one (1) night at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (room rate & taxes only). Meals, gratuities, service charges or taxes, ground transportation not specified hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls and all other unspecified incidental expenses for this prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 iii. One (1) two hundred and fifty dollars ($250 CAD) in spending money for the winner. Funds will be provided to winner in a Visa gift card.

 iv. Three (3) one hundred dollar ($100) Garage® gift card for the winner and her two (2) friends to be used in any Garage® location in North America or online at www.garage.ca.

 v. Three (3) concert tickets to Jingle Ball 2012. Each concert ticket is valued at seventy five dollars ($75) USD.

 vi. A private VIP dressing room backstage at Jingle Ball 2012 (Wells Fargo Center) where performing acts will pass for a short meet & greet with the winner.

 Approximate retail value of all the Prizes is $3400 CDN.
