PRIZE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded to Winner consisting of a seven (7) night/eight (8) day trip (Sunday to Sunday) for winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge Malibu (“Resort”) in Malibu, CA (the “Trip”). The Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: 1) a weeklong boot camp, and access to resort facilities and programs as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 2) a fitness class with Bob Harper for the Winner only (“Fitness Class”); 3) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence to one (1) of the major airports near Los Angeles, CA; 4) luxury accommodations (single room, double occupancy) for seven (7) nights at Resort. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00).
