i. Sign into his/her Twitter or Instagram account (entrant may create a Twitter or Instagram account for free if he/she does not already have one);

ii. Become a follower of @MuscleMilk on Twitter or Instagram (if not already following @MuscleMilk). There is no charge to sign up for Twitter or Instagram or to follow @MuscleMilk; and

iii. Compose a new Tweet or Instagram post sharing his/her work out selfie showing proof that he/she has been working out before the “resolutioners”, including the hashtag “#MuscleMilkSweepstakes” and tag @MuscleMilk to receive one (1) Entry into the applicable pool (“Pool”) (either the “Instagram Pool” or the “Twitter Pool”) for the applicable Entry Period.

Prizes (2,020 total; 250 from the Instagram Pool and 255 from the Twitter Pool per Entry Period): The prize is $50 cash awarded as winner’s choice of either a check or via Venmo (“Prize”). No more than two thousand twenty (2,020) Prizes (five hundred five [505] per Entry Period; two hundred fifty [250] from the Instagram Pool and two hundred fifty-five [255] from the Twitter Pool) will be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Prize is $50. The total ARV of the Prizes is $101,000.
