PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

 Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from all entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period of 11/21/11 – 12/19/11. The Grand Prize winner will receive a Max Mara “Manuela” camel hair belted coat. The coat is available in sizes 2-16. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,400.

 Weekly First Prizes: Ten (10) Weekly First Prize winners will receive a copy of “Coats! Max Mara, 60 Years of Italian Fashion” Exhibition Catalogue, each of which has an ARV of $65. Total ARV of all Weekly First Prizes to be awarded is: $650.
