Prize: (1 winner) A trip to New York City to participate in a Kozy Shack “Red Dress” Event with the opportunity to win up to $1,000,000 (see next paragraph). Travel prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) and New York City for winner and one guest; 2-nights hotel accommodations; and ground transportation in New York between airport, hotel and event location. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for air travel. Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. Winner must be available to attend the final event on date specified by Sponsor, which is currently anticipated to be approximately mid-February, 2012. Selection of dates for trip is Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
The final Kozy Shack Red Dress Event consists of the opportunity to select among fifty (50) women, each wearing a red dress and each holding an envelope or other container. One (1) envelope will contain a message entitling the winner to the $1 million prize, payable $25,000 per year for 40 years. Each of the other 49 envelopes will contain a check for $2,500. Winner may only select one woman holding one envelope. Winner receives only the prize indicated in the envelope held by the woman he/she selects.
All expenses not expressly stated as being included in the prize trip package description are the responsibility of the winner. Travel companion must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. Ground transportation will be substituted for air transportation at the Sponsor’s sole discretion if air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to New York City. Approximate retail value of the travel portion of the prize: $1,500.00. Actual value may vary depending on departure city; any difference between announced value and actual value will not be awarded. Failure by winner to be available at the time specified by Sponsor will result in forfeiture of that winner’s complete prize, which may then be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winner will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winners is allowed.
