Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to cooking school for four (4) nights at The Fabrizio Estate Tuscany, Cooking in the Heart of Montespertoli and three (3) nights in Positano at The Positano Secret Garden, Cooking on the Amalfi Coast. Trip consists of:
• roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Italy
• eight (8) days and seven (7) nights villa-style Bed & Breakfast accommodations with breakfast daily (one (1) room, double occupancy)
• two (2) hands-on cooking classes with lunch or dinner following (to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion)
• a full course Chef’s Tasting Menu for two (2) nights
• excursions to Amalfi and Ravello, Olive Oil Tasting, Limoncello Tasting, Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $13,322.95. Travel must be completed by October 15, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents, including passports and/or visas, as applicable. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Trip is subject to availability and confirmation at time of booking.

No substitution, assignment, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
