Grand Prize: (1 winner) A 5 Day/4 Night cooking vacation for winner and a guest to attend a 2-day Culinary Institute of America cooking course in Napa Valley, California. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major commercial airport nearest winner’s U.S. residence), double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights; and two (2) passes for winner and guest to attend the seminar. Travel must be booked at least 30 days in advance of departure date and must be completed by December 31, 2008. Travel/accommodations subject to availability and change. Ground transportation, meals, excursions, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Winner and guest must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel. If winner cannot take trip as specified by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $12,500. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
