Prize: One (1) Harley-Davidson® Low Rider S Motorcycle. Registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and all other costs associated with the motorcycle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner does not have the choice of color or options, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by the winner. Winner must accept delivery of the motorcycle on a specified date/time at the designated authorized Harley-Davidson dealership, and is required to present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability prior to accepting the motorcycle. If the winner fails to comply with the delivery conditions, motorcycle will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the motorcycle within 8-10 weeks after winner is determined and the prize will be fulfilled by the designated dealership as soon as it becomes available. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $17,999.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
Winner will also receive $3,000.00 awarded in the form of a prepaid card debit card(s), all of which portion of the prize will be provided, managed and fulfilled by the Sponsor. Terms and conditions received with prepaid debit card(s) apply.
