Prizes:
Grand Prize: The one (1) Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive: (a) a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest of Grand Prize Winner (“Guest”), to New York, NY (“Destination”) to attend the Golden Goggles Awards (“Event”), currently scheduled to take place on November 20 through November 23, 2010 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Destination; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination; (iii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner to attend the Golden Goggles Awards; and (v) one (1) $400 gift card for Grand Prize Winner, collectively (the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prizes”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,150
First Place Prizes: The 25 First Place Winners (hereinafter defined) will each receive: autographed merchandise, the (“First Place Prize” or “First Place Prizes”). The ARV of each First Place Prize is $50.
