PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to winner (“Winner”). Prize will consist of the following: a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“Trip”). Trip includes: (i) round-trip commercial coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to a major gateway airport in or near New York, NY, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a New York metropolitan area hotel (standard room/double occupancy) (“Hotel”), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; iii) round trip ground transportation between the New York airport and Hotel; (iv) a visit to the set of the NBC show “Smash” (“Set Visit”); (v) dinner for Winner and Guest at a restaurant determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (vi) tickets for Winner and Guest to a Broadway show (“Broadway Show”); and (vii) an opportunity to meet with the cast
