Grand Prize Drawing: The one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 2/20/14 from among the six (6) verified First Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner will be announced by a Sponsor Representative on 2/22/14 onsite at the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine (see First Prize details in section 5 below). First Prize winners must be present at the Combine for the chance to win the Grand Prize. First Prize winners may not designate their guest or any other individual to attend the Combine or the Grand Prize drawing in his/her place. In the event a verified First Prize winner is not present at the Combine, he/she will be ineligible for the Grand Prize drawing and such drawing will only be conducted from among those First Prize winners present.
(6) First Prizes: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Indianapolis, Indiana from February 21, 2014 – February 23, 2014 for the opportunity to participate in select football drills currently scheduled to take place on February 22, 2014 during the Combine. Trip includes all of the following:
a) round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to Indiana;
b) one (1) standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights;
c) admission to the NFL welcome reception (exact coaches, former players and NFL executives in attendance are at Sponsors sole discretion) on Friday, February 21, 2014;
d) round trip ground transportation, on Saturday, February 22, 2014, to and from the stadium where the Combine is held;
e) access to watch the Combine on Saturday, February 22, 2014 from a suite in the stadium;
f) a behind the scenes tour of Lucas Oil Stadium for winner and guest;
g) the opportunity for winner only to participate in the following select drills: a forty (40)-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump and various positional football drills during the Combine on Saturday, February 22, 2014; and
h) a dinner for winner and guest with an NFL head coach.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Prize = $5,000 each.
Additionally, at the completion of the drills, a Sponsor Representative will announce the Grand Prize winner. Participation in the Combine drills is optional and will not impact the Grand Prize winner selection. Winners understand that Combine drills are strenuous activities that may involve certain health related risks, including risk of physical injury. Winners must be in good physical condition and must have the physical capacity to participate in any activities associated with the Combine and accept all risks associated such activities. Exact location, time and duration of the following are at Sponsor’s sole discretion: welcome reception, tour of stadium, suite, dinner with a head coach and attendance at the Combine. Exact head coach in attendance at the dinner and the restaurant and menu are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Exact drills are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. First Prize winners must be in attendance at the Combine for the chance to win the Grand Prize. First Prize winners’ participation in the drills may be recorded (including film or video tape or photography) by Sponsor or its designees (“Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, oral or written statements made by First Prize winners and First Prize winner’s performance embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes without compensation to or permission from winner. Sponsor does not guarantee that any prize element will be broadcast or otherwise be made available to the public. Attendance at 2014 NFL Scouting Combine and participation in the drills is subject to supervision and security and other policies designated by Sponsor.
(1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York, New York in May 2014 to attend one day of the 2014 NFL Draft. Trip includes:
– round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to New York,
– one (1) standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights and
– two (2) tickets to one day of the 2014 NFL Draft.
ARV of Grand Prize = $5,000.
For all Prizes: Actual prize value may vary based upon location of winner’s residence. If a winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation (or other form of transportation) may be provided in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trips must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety (and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner) and may be, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate.
Total ARV of all prizes = $35,000.
