NBC Universal All Access by American Airlines December 2010 Giveaway
FIRST PRIZE/ FIRST PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) first prize of a “Biggest Loser Malibu Resort Stay” will be awarded consisting of a seven (7) day/ six (6) night trip to Malibu, California for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) (the “First Prize”). The First Prize will include; [a] two (2) round trip coach class Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”, subject to the American Airlines Travel Certificate Terms listed below ) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the AmericanConnection® carrier) from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States to Los Angeles, CA; [b] six (6) night hotel accommodations at the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge in Malibu, CA, which shall be determined by the Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy)*; [c] one (1) fifty (50) minute private personal training session per person; [d] one (1) fifty (50) minute private nutrition consultation per person;; and [e] one (1) two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) gift card (brand of gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Total estimated retail value (the “ERV”) of the First Prize is eight thousand and forty dollars ($8,040).
SECOND PRIZE/ SECOND PRIZE DETAILSOne (1) second prize of a “Despicable Me!” Prize Package will be awarded (the “Second Prize”). The Second Prize will include; [a] one (1) Blu Ray combo pack of “Despicable Me!”; [b] one (1) “Despicable Me!” DS game; [c] one (1) “Despicable Me!” t-shirt; [d] one (1) “Despicable Me!” junior novel; [e] one (1) “Despicable Me!” luggage tags set; [f] one (1) “Despicable Me!” beanie and [g] a collection of NBC/Universal DVD’s, to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Total ERV of the Second Prize is two hundred dollars ($200).
THIRD PRIZE/ THIRD PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) third prize of a “Minute to Win it Show Prize Package” will be awarded (the “Third Prize”). The Third Prize will include; [a] one (1) “Minute to Win it” card game; [b] one (1) “Minute to Win it” family board game; [c] one (1) “Minute to Win it” wii game; [d] one (1) “Minute to Win it” DS game; [e] one (1) “Minute to Win it” shirt; [f] one (1) “Minute to Win it” banana stress toy; and [g] one (1) “Minute to Win it” ultimate party pack. Total ERV of the Third Prize is one hundred and thirty two dollars ($132).
