One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize package includes:
(a) Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport in the continental U.S. near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to an airport servicing the Napa Valley;
(b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a hotel determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion;
(c) a curated tour of four (4) Napa Valley wineries, selected by the Fleming’s Wine Director or the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion and;
(d) a five hundred dollar ($500.00) American Express® Gift Card for all incidentals during travel and stay or for use at Grand Prize Winner’s sole choosing.

Total approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
