the one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age 18

commercial airport near the Winner’s home (as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator) and a
major commercial airport near New York City, NY, as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator
departing on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 and returning on Thursday, October 29, 2026; (ii) two (2) nights hotel
accommodations (one (1) room, standard double occupancy) at a New York City area hotel checking in on Tuesday,
October 27, 2026 and checking out on Thursday, October 29, 2026; (iii) and two (2) tickets to see Audacy’s We Can
Survive at UBS Arena, 2400 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (the
“Prize”). The total value of the Prize is estimated at (but will not exceed) $3,000.00 and is courtesy of Audacy
Operations, LLC. The actual value of the Prize awarded will depend upon the Winner’s origin city (in no event will
the Winner be entitled to any difference (in cash or other prizes) in value between $3,000.00
