The First Prize.
One (1) winner will receive a seven night vacation for four people on the Norwegian Dawn from July 13 -20, 2008,
departing from New York City.
Winner will receive one outside stateroom aboard the Norwegian Dawn from NYC to Nova Scotia from July 13-20, 2008.
All port taxes, government fees and gratuities are included. Prize winner and his/her traveling companions are also solely responsible for all optional onboard expenses (including beverages, excursions and spa services). Prize winner and his/her traveling companions are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point (including any airfare) as the First Prize originates and terminates at the Departure Point. Prize winner and his/her traveling companions are also solely responsible for all optional onboard beverages, room services, telephone calls, excursions, spa services, taxes and gratuities, travel documentation, insurance and all other costs or expenses not specifically referred to herein. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her traveling companions to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas if applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Sweepstakes Entity is not liable if travel is impeded or refused by reason of decisions of Canadian or U.S. authorities. Minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Prize winner and his/her traveling companions must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by Sweepstakes Entity at its sole discretion, failing which the First Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Prize winner and his/her traveling companions obtain sufficient personal insurance (including medical) prior to departure.
