Grand Prizes: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, two (2) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from amongst all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The Prize Drawing(s) will be conducted by Administrator, an independent sweepstakes management company. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Trigger Prize and Grand Prize winners will be declared the official Trigger Prize and Grand Prize winners of the Sweepstakes. In the event that any selected potential winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept a prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or if Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Administrator, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received as of the applicable Prize Drawing as set forth above. All non-winning eligible entries from one Prize Drawing will automatically carry-over and be eligible for each subsequent Prize Drawing. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of Prize Drawings and the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Prize Drawing as set forth above. In the event that no Extra Inning Events occur during the Promotion Period, no Trigger Prizes will be awarded. No more than twenty five (25) Trigger Prizes will be awarded per week. The decisions of MLBAM and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person, family or household.
Up to (25) Trigger Prizes: Each Trigger Prize winner will be awarded a prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion valued no greater than $160 each. Each Weekly Prize may consist of: one of twenty (20) MLB.TV two (2) week free trials (trial must be activated within 5 days of receipt of code); one of eighty (80) $10 Buffalo Wild Wings Gift cards; one of sixty (60) MLBShop.com $10 gift cards; one of fifteen (15) pairs of tickets to a 2018 MLB regular season game of the winner’s choice (subject to avalibility and blackout restrictions) Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend a Postseason game to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $300 each. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM GAME AND LODGING IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF GRAND PRIZE. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Seat locations at any game shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Major League Baseball games, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of a prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Grand Prize winners and any guests agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with a prize. Sponsor and the other applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest (if applicable) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at a game, event or exhibition. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as a prize may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional use whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s).
