Complete and submit the registration form, including your valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Then, follow the directions to upload one (1) Photo or one (1) Short Essay that represents how you felt the #LINDORmelt.
By uploading your Photo or Short Essay, (each a “Submission”), you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission per Entry Period.
Finalist Determination: After the conclusion of each Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the five (5) entrants from the applicable Entry Period with the highest-scoring Submissions (the “Finalists”) from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
• Creativity/Originality (25%);
• Quality of Submission (25%); and
• Fit to Contest Theme (50%)
Grand Prize Winner Determination: After the conclusion of the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the potential Grand Prize winner from among all Finalists based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
• Creativity/Originality (25%);
• Quality of Submission (25%); and
• Fit to Contest Theme (50%)
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A luxurious spa trip for two (2) to Arizona and a year supply of LINDOR milk chocolate truffles (awarded in one (1) package). Spa trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport in the forty eight (48) contiguous U.S. near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor and its partners in their sole discretion) to Tucson, AZ; an all-inclusive three (3) night spa stay at the Canyon Ranch Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ (one (1) Deluxe room, double occupancy); a $420 credit towards spa activities during the stay for winner and guest ($840 total spa credit); and ground transportation to and from airport and hotel. Winner must complete the trip by December 31, 2014, or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
