PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: Two (2) Grand Prizes – Each
winner will receive his/her choice of the following: Choice (A) DISNEYLAND® Resort
Vacation. This vacation package shall consist of the following: Four (4) round trip coach
air fares between the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence in the
contiguous U.S. and a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney (with possible
layovers); provided, however, if the winner resides within two-hundred fifty (250) miles of
the Disneyland® Resort, air fare will not be provided to the winner; a voucher for four (4)
round trip ground transfers between the Southern California airport and the Disneyland®
Resort; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of
four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Disneyland® Resort selected
by Disney (daily parking at the resort is not included); four (4) Disneyland® Resort 5-Day
Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions); one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of
$500.00; and one (1) Welcome Basket in winner’s Disneyland® Resort hotel room. The
estimated retail value of this vacation package is $5,108.00. Choice (B) WALT
DISNEY WORLD® Resort Vacation. This vacation package shall consist of the following:
Four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport in the contiguous
U.S. closest to winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport; provided,
however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air fare will
not be provided; four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International
Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express® Service; room
accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons
per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by
Disney; four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option (subject to
restrictions); one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00; and one (1) Welcome
Basket in winner’s Walt Disney World® Resort hotel room. The estimated retail value of
this vacation package is $5,857.48. Departure dates and accommodations are subject
to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Certain restrictions shall
apply to the vacation packages, which restrictions shall be determined by Disney in its
sole and absolute discretion. Each winner and his/her guests must travel together on the
same itinerary. The vacation packages shall not include the following: airport departure
fees and taxes, travel insurance, transportation between winner’s residence and
departure airport, hotel room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic
beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc., local and long distance telephone calls, tips,
gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes, or all other charges not explicitly included
in the packages pursuant to these Official Rules. The vacation package may not be sold
or transferred to any other person or third party. Vacation must be taken by 12/31/2015.
Vacation is for the Grand Prize winners of the Sweepstakes and three (3) guests of the
winner’s choosing. Vacation and vacation components may not be sold, traded,
transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or
refunded. Vacation is not redeemable for cash. Twenty (20) First Prizes – $300 worth of
Breakfast (to be awarded in the form of a $300 Meijer Gift Card).
