Prize: (1 winner) An elk hunting trip for two, which consists of and is limited only to the following: round-trip coach airfare for two people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a destination airport in Colorado or Wyoming (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), 6-nights lodging for two people at Three Forks Ranch located on the Colorado/Wyoming border between Columbine, Colorado and Slater, Wyoming (one double occupancy standard room; lodge, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; also includes dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and reasonable amounts of house selected beverages), ground transportation for two people between the Destination Airport and the Ranch (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), up to five days of guided elk hunting (as organized and scheduled by Ranch); includes one guide, field transportation and field dressing; excludes weapons, ammunition and other hunting supplies, which are the sole responsibility of winner and guest; LIMIT: One elk per eligible hunter, and elk hunt portion of prize concludes for a participant upon harvesting of such person’s allotted elk; one day guided fly fishing (as organized and scheduled by Ranch, and includes fishing license fees for two persons), guide, rod, reel and fishing supplies), one fifty shot sporting clay session (as organized and scheduled by Ranch, and includes weapon and ammunition), one day horseback riding session (as organized and scheduled by Ranch), and two Gander Mountain Deluxe Rolling Duffle Bags (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). All prize activities (including, without limitation, travel and lodging) must be taken and completed during the time period between September 1, 2010 and October 24, 2010, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Ranch activities, including, without limitation, hunting, fishing, shooting and riding, are as organized and scheduled by Ranch and are subject to weather, safety and other similar limitations and restrictions as determined by Ranch in its sole discretion, which may result in limitation of prize (for example, weather may reduce the number of available elk hunting days under five); in such event, no cash or other consideration will be awarded for the prize limitation. Unused components of prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value (for example, if winner’s and guest’s hunting activities preclude use of fishing, shooting or riding components of prize). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $19,000
