PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The opportunity to throw a Camp Rock 2 dance party at the Best Western® hotel (“Site”) nearest winner’s home for winner and up to forty (40) of winner’s guests (collectively, “Group”) on a Sponsor-selected date estimated to take place before September 30, 2011 (“Dance Party”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] food and non-alcoholic beverage (subject to Sponsor’s and Best Western’s sole discretion); [2] the Site at a Sponsor-selected Best Western® hotel near the winner’s residence; [3] a chance to have a Radio Disney Talent co-host and a cast member from Camp Rock 2 teach the Group dance moves from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (collectively “Meet and Greet”) (subject to availability); [4] the winner (only) will receive one (1) $3,000 cash stipend (awarded as a check) to help defray payment of income and sales taxes payable as a result of winning the Grand Prize. The Sponsor makes no warranties, guarantees or representations that the cash portion of the Grand Prize will be sufficient to pay the winner’s tax liability; [5] hotel accommodations for one (1) night for winner and three (3) guests only (standard room/quad occupancy); and [6] if winner’s residence is located more than one hundred and twenty (120) miles from the Site, Sponsor-selected round-trip transportation between the winner’s residence and the Site and hotel accommodations for one (1) night for the Group (standard room/double occupancy). All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round-trip transportation between the winner’s residence and Site if winner lives 120 miles or less from the Site, alcoholic beverages, food (except at the Dance Party), gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Site, Dance Party and Meet and Greet are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize winner must be available to attend the Dance Party on a Sponsor-selected date or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor and Best Western have sole discretion in determining the Site and reserve the right to choose a venue other than the Best Western nearest the winner’s residence for any reason whatsoever. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent and Sponsor shall determine itinerary in its sole discretion. Releasees are not responsible for transportation cancellations or delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. No member of the Group is allowed to bring any outside food or beverage of any kind to the Dance Party. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,370 -$10,170
