Promotion is made up of six (6) separate Sweepstakes, with one taking place in each of the following cities: Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, New York City, NY and Houston, TX.

Prizes: The Winners (hereinafter defined) will each receive VIP access for Winner and eleven (11)
guests of Winner, each a (“Guest”) to the AT&T One World One Party Rio Experience taking place in
Chicago on June 26, 2014, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $300.

In addition, each Winner will have the opportunity to receive one (1) additional Prize from the four (4)
desired prizes selected at time of entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will determine which one (1) of the
four (4) prizes selected by each Winner will be awarded to each Winner. (Activation and services fees are
