The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Instant Win Game Prizes is $27,124. Only the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. If, for whatever reasons and condition, more valid prize claims are received for any prize than number of prizes stated herein, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award only the stated number of prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect prize claims received. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE: The First Prize Winner will win a trip for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the BCS Championship Game on Monday, January 9, 2012 at The Superdome, a 2012 Buick Regal GS, and an opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Field Goal Kick (as described below) for a chance to win the Grand Prize. The trip will consist of the following:
(i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest First Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New Orleans, LA as determined by the sole discretion of the Sponsor
(ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two rooms; each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion
(iii) tickets for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the Game
The ARV of the Sweepstakes First Prize is $44,200. Actual value of prize may vary depending on date/time and city of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel companions must be at least 18 years of age in his/her place of residence as of the date of the trip. The guests must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. First Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If the First Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New Orleans, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. First Prize Winner and guests may extend their stay at their own expense. First Prize Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to First Prize Winner. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates for any travel. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets or similar items once they are in First Prize Winner possession or in the possession of guests. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. First Prize Winner is also responsible at their own expense for all travel insurance (or any other form of insurance desired), and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the First Prize including, without limitation, all meals, taxes, ground transportation (not specifically specified herein) and gratuities. Game tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event the Game is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to First Prize Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, player/umpire/labor strike, work stoppage, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Game. First Prize Winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (i) federal, state or local taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes; (ii) insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment; and (iii) any additional expenses not described herein as being awarded. First Prize Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery of the prize vehicle, and the color, options, package, accessories, and any other prize details will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize vehicle will be delivered to First Prize Winner’s residence or another location as mutually agreed upon at Sponsor’s sole expense. Regarding the prize vehicle, Buick Division, General Motors LLC makes no warranty other than that expressed in its new vehicle limited warranty, a printed copy of which shall be furnished with the prize vehicle. This Promotion, and the management of it, is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Buick Division, General Motors LLC, Victory Motorcycles, The Home Depot, Tahoe®, Tom Johnson Camping, Bass Pro Shops and other additional prize providers.
GRAND PRIZE FIELD GOAL KICK: The First Prize Winner will receive the opportunity to attempt five (5) field goal kicks from the thirty (30) yard line in :60 seconds on the stadium field during the Game. If the First Prize Winner makes one (1) successful field goal kick as adjudicated by Administrator he/she will be determined the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to remove, disqualify or to deny entry to First Prize Winner and/or guests if any engage in a non-sportsmanlike, inappropriate or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during the game or kick presentation.
GRAND PRIZE: If the First Prize Winner makes one successful field goal as adjudicated by Administrator, he/she will be determined to be the Grand Prize Winner and the Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of the following:
(i) a 2012 Tahoe Q7 SF boat
(ii) a 2012 Cross Country Tour Victory motorcycle
(iii) a 2012 Forest River Wildcat 29FKS tailgate trailer
(iv) a Gift Card to a home improvement retail store in the amount of $30,000
The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $120,000
