    I got the nail polish the other day. Painted my nails and when it dries, it is very dull. Not glossy at all, weird.

    yeah – I don’t see anywhere on the bottle that it mentions it would be glossy — but maybe putting a clear top coat on your nails will help :)

    i know whatyou mean,the color is fun but because its so matte i used a little glitter over polish and now it sparkles..a soft glitter polish not the old school glitter polish.. :h5:

    I received the polish too. It is very matte and I have to paint white underneath it to make it more vibrant. I think it was from a Shoptext promo with Cosmopolitan and Energizer.
