PRIZE(S) AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”). There will be one hundred (100) total
prizes during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be eleven (11) First Place Prizes, eighty-eight
(88) Second Place Prizes, and one (1) Grand Prize. The ARV for all the prizes to be awarded
during the Sweepstakes is $59,600.
Entry Periods 1 through 11: Each prize for Entry Period(s) 1 through 11 will consist of one (1)
First Place Prize and eight (8) Second Place Prizes.
FIRST PLACE PRIZE: Each First Place Prize will consist of two (2) Center Riser level tickets
for the winner and one (1) guest (both aged 21 and older) to attend a UFC Event scheduled to
take place within six (6) months from the applicable Entry Period Winner Notification date. The
exact date, time, and location of the fight will be determined by the event organizer and
communicated to the winner once confirmed. ALL participating UFC events shall take place in
the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, or
postponement of any event. Tickets awarded as a prize must be redeemed within 6 months of
prize issuance. Winner is responsible for all travel, lodging, and other expenses not expressly
included in the First Place Prize. The ARV for each First Place Prize in Entry Periods 1 through 11
is $2,400.00. The total ARV of all the First Place Prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes
Period is $26,400. Tickets to each event are subject to the terms set by each respective issuer.
SECOND PLACE PRIZE: Each Second Place Prize will consist of one (1) $300.00
www.UFCStore.com Gift Card. The ARV for each Second Place Prize in Entry Periods 1 through
11 is $300.00. The total ARV of all the Second Place Prizes to be awarded during the
Sweepstakes Period is $26,400. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions
set by the issuer. Alcohol is not included as part of any prize. Second Place Prize will be
sent to address provided by winner after winner is verified and returns the completed Affidavit
and Release. No PO boxes permitted. Unclaimed or returned prizes will not be awarded.
Sponsor and the Administrator are not responsible for any legal, or other restrictions on winner’s
use of the prize. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically
listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award,
acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the
responsibility of the winner. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor
will not be responsible to award that part of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for any and
all applicable fees and taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize. PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS
IS,” “WHERE IS,” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Prize is
nonassignable, nonsubstitutable, and nontransferable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor
may, at its sole discretion, substitute cash or a prize of equal or greater monetary value.
Entry Period 12 Grand Prize: The Grand Prize for Entry Period 12 will consist of a UFC Experience
for winner and one (1) guest (all aged 21 and over) in the United States. The experience will
include two (2) Floor tickets to UFC Event and two (2) tickets to the same-day UFC Post Octagon
Tour scheduled to take place within six (6) months from the Entry Period 12 Winner Notification
date and one (1) commemorative event poster. The exact date, time, and location of the fight
will be determined by the event organizer and communicated to the winner once confirmed.

event. Tickets awarded as a prize must be redeemed within 6 months of prize issuance. Winner
is responsible for all travel, lodging, and other expenses not expressly included in the Grand
Prize. The total ARV for the prize in Entry Period 12 is $6,800.
