- PRIZING: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent) (each, a“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Trip Package shall consist of: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as solely determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) standard hotel accommodations at the Omni Los Angeles at California Plaza including valet parking for three (3) days (or a comparable, alternate hotel of Sponsor’s choice) (two rooms, double occupancy, room, tax, valet parking and daily breakfast only) for a four (4) day / three (3) night stay; (iii) mid-sized automobile rental with unlimited mileage in Los Angeles, CA for the duration of the Trip Package (GP Winner’s Parent must have a current and valid driver’s license issued by one of the United States prior to receipt of the rental automobile); (iv) $500.00 in spending money for GP Winner only; (v) attendance for GP Winner and Guests to the Event (as defined below) rehearsals (exact date, time and duration of attendance to be solely determined by Sponsor) and for the GP Winner only walking the Event orange carpet with the opportunity for a meet and greet opportunity with Nickelodeon talent Breanna Yde and Benjamin Flores, Jr. (subject to artists’ availability due to disability, default or force majeure); (vi) one (1) dinner for GP Winner and Guests at The Ivy (or a comparable Los Angeles, CA restaurant of Sponsor’s sole determination); (vii) one (1) bag containing a Kids’ Choice Award branded kite and locker mirror and (viii) four (4) general admission tickets for the 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards event taking place in the Los Angeles, CA area on March 28, 2015 (the “Event”). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,300.00. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not deemed to be a Guest must pay his/her own expenses.
GP Winner and his/her Guests must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor tentatively scheduled from March 26, 2015 to March 29, 2015. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Trip Package is subject to certain restrictions. All meals, ground transportation and incidentals not described herein and incurred by Winner and his/her Guests will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and/or his/her Guests.
If Winner resides within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Los, Angeles, CA (a “local resident”), in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Trip Package, GP Winner and Guests may receive round-trip ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice for GP Winner and his/her Guests from GP Winner’s residence to the hotel. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize who is not a local resident. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the GP Winner’s parent or legal guardian for the actual value of the Grand Prize received.
One thousand (1,000) first prize winners (the “First Prize”) will each be awarded a Kids’ Choice Award branded kite and locker mirror; total ARV of each First Prize is $10.00. Total ARV for all First Prizes is $10,000.00.
The GP Winner and First Prize winners may be collectively referenced herein as “Winners”. The Grand Prize and First Prizes may be collectively referenced herein as “Prizes”. Total ARV for the Grand Prize and First Prizes is $16,300.00.
