• Three (3) t-shirts and three (3) hats from the Amazon NFL Fan Shop for the one (1) team of winner’s choice. Exact sizes, brands, and models of t-shirts and hats to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion [ARV $155.97];
• A Prime Pantry branded box containing a selection of snacks and/or grocery items [ARV $50.00];
• Party decoration items such as paper napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, decorations and party accessories [ARV $370.93];
• A Black Coaster Home Furnishings 600001 Transitional Recliner chair [ARV $430.00];
• TV Wall Mounting installation service [ARV $219.00]; and Sound bar installation service by DISH [ARV $89.00]. In the event Sponsor or DISH are unable to provide installation for the TV wall mounting and Sound bar installation (currently only available to residents of WA, NY, NJ, KS, KY, ND, TX, PA, CA, AZ, OR, NH, DE, MT, AK, GA, WV; CT, MA, WI, NV, TN, IN, NC, MD, and MN), winner will receive a pre-paid VISA card for $308.00 in lieu of the TV wall mounting and sound bar installation services.
