PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Upon verification of the items under “Winner Requirement”, four (4) prize packages, consisting of one (1) Grand Prize Winner prize and three (3) Lower Level Prize Winner prizes, will be awarded to four (4) prize recipients. Lower Level Prize Winner prizes are two (2) gift cards to Whole Foods and two (2) gift cards to lululemon, while the Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two to Los Angeles for the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council’s Little Changes Kitchen Challenge tentatively scheduled for mid-March, 2015. Approximate Retail Value is $500.00 per Lower Level Winner prize, and up to $3,000.00 for the Grand Prize Winner prize, or a total of $5,000.00.
