Received two gft cards each good for one FREE menu item – like the burrito, burrito bowl or tacos.

Had a reaction to one of their products… called to report it – call must have gone to India or somewhere far, far away where they don’t speak English. Was treated poorly with no compassion. Took me from February until the last day of May to get this refund check, and then they only did it because I reported them to the BBB. All for $6.00!

They also sent a $15 FTD rewards card. I hope the other gc I ordered comes soon 🙂
