The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $1,225.08. Odds of winning a First Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during an Entry Period.

Grand Prize. On or around January 9, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible First Prize Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded the following prize package (the “Grand Prize”): (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest (“Guest”) from the international airport in the contiguous United States that is closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Munich, Germany, and (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel stay in Munich, Germany at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Accommodations will include one standard room with double occupancy and a morning breakfast. Prize must be used during the month of December 2025 when the Christkindlmarkts are open in Munich, Germany. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate the Grand Prize Winner’s schedule, but Sponsor cannot guarantee any specific date or time of travel. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00. Odds of winning the Grand Prize is 1:32. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein as applicable to the Prize awarded, including all taxes, local transportation, passports, additional hotel stay, changes to reservations, fuel, insurance, meals, beverages, gratuities, room service, other services, upgrades, souvenirs, purchases, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Winner to pay.
