Grand Prize /ARV – One (1) Prize Available: The Entrant who is confirmed as the Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to receive the following: A visit by an athlete or celebrity of the Sponsor’s choosing to Grand Prize Winner’s hometown for a meet and greet opportunity with Grand Prize Winner and up to ten (10) guests of Grand Prize Winner’s choosing (“The Event”). The following conditions apply to the use of the Grand Prize:
- The Winner will have the opportunity to have an athlete or celebrity (“Talent”) of the Sponsor’s choosing visit him/her at a location in or around winner’s area of residence as solely designated by Sponsor.
- The Event will occur on a date and time to be determined by Sponsor and Talent.
- The exact nature and duration shall be determined by Sponsor and Talent in their sole discretion, but shall be no longer than a total of two (2) hours, no shorter than one (1) hour, and the opportunity is subject to availability of Talent.
- The Event will include food, non-alcoholic beverages, plates, silverware, napkins, cups as determined by Sponsor.
- Sponsor and Talent may change the date and/or time of The Event at any time in order to accommodate Talent availability.
- If Winner or any guest engages in any inappropriate activity or behavior during The Event, as the Sponsor may determine at its sole discretion, subjectively or otherwise, including without limitation activities or behavior that (I) is indecent, profane, obscene, explicitly sexual, harmful, threatening abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, or hateful, (II) is racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive or objectionable, or (III) encourages unlawful behavior, such Winner/guest may be removed from The Event with or without notice. Grand Prize Winner understands and agrees that if Grand Prize Winner (and/or his/her guests, if any) are removed from the Event for any reason, then the Grand Prize Winner may be required to forfeit the rest or all of his/her prize, with no substitution or compensation in lieu thereof.
- Winner and guests may not screen record, take photographs or distribute anything from The Event experience, unless expressly approved in advance by Sponsor and Talent.
- Winner and guests may be required to sign additional release forms prior to participating in The Event.
- Guests may not be deemed minors in the jurisdictions in which they reside unless they are the children or legal wards of the Winner or another adult guest.
- Guests of Winner may also be required to complete and pass a background check in order to attend The Event.
- Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses of the prize not
specified as included here - Released Parties (as defined above under “Eligibility”) will not be responsible for any event delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation due to weather, pandemic, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Total ARV of Grand Prize: $5,000.00 Total ARV of all available prizes: $276,529.73.
