One (1) six day (6) day/five (5) night trip for winner and one (1) adult guest (18+) to the Paradisus Los Cabos – Adults Only (the “Resort”) in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico (ARV $3,300) including: Destination inclusive accommodations at the Resort for five (5) nights (double occupancy and an airfare credit of $500 per ticketed guest passenger (Up to two) to San Jose Del Cabo, which will be awarded as a gift card from Flightgift.com to be applied toward round-trip domestic coach air transportation for winner and guest from major airport near winner’s home to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (the “Air Gift Card”). Winner must complete trip by May 31, 2025 or Prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival at the Resort and Air Gift Card will be provided at the time of booking. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates, including, but not limited to, select dates around the US Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve holidays. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Official Rules, including but not limited to, premium meals, premium beverages, taxes, ground transportation, including to and from airports and Resort, spa treatments, extra night(s), extra guest(s), and other costs, upgrades, fees, or surcharges, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for booking air transportation and flight selection, availability, price, schedule, carrier, and route vary depending on day, time, advance notice, and point of origin. In the event winner selects flights that are in excess of the value on the Air Gift Card, winner will be responsible for paying the difference. No refund or compensation to winner will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Additional Terms and Conditions related to the Air Gift Card apply. Winner and adult guest are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents necessary for travel to Mexico and must have them in their possession within the required amount of time to travel. Please check requirements here. Winner and guest must comply with all health, safety, and security requirements; such requirements may vary depending upon whether a given individual has been vaccinated against COVID-19/Coronavirus. Winner and guest must at all times conduct themselves in an appropriate and well-behaved manner during stay at Resort; if Resort management determines in its sole discretion that winner and/or guest have violated this provision, stay will be immediately terminated and Sponsor shall not have liability of any kind. Winner and guest must execute liability/publicity releases, to the extent lawful, prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Resort stay will be initially awarded to winner as a redemption certificate with instructions to contact Resort when winner is ready to book Trip. Redemption certificate is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be extended. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, expired, destroyed or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, redemption certificates or Air Gift Cards. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in such case that portion of Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, unless mutually agreed by the Parties. Winner shall be solely responsible for all actual taxes in relation to acceptance of the Sponsor’s Prize. However, if winner chooses to travel without a guest, air credit amount and accommodations will be reduced as to be suitable for actual number of travelers; and, in such case, winner will not receive an alternate or substitute prize.
Winner must accept Prize as stated or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
