Timing: The entry period for this promotion begins on October 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET or when 1,500 eligible Entries are received, whichever occurs first (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY This Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, who are at least 18 years old and, at the time of Entry, are authorized to work in the United States and are enrolled full-time or part-time in a college or university program of study leading to a doctorate, master’s, bachelor’s or associate’s degree.

PRIZES

UP TO ONE THOUSAND 1,000 FINALIST PRIZES, consisting of a Ring kit that includes a camera, sensor, and applicable Ring subscription, will be awarded. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Prize is $160 (total ARV of $160,000). Each Finalist, including Teams, is limited to one (1) Finalist Prize.

FOUR (4) PRIZES (other than the Finalist Prizes) will be awarded (the “App Prizes”). The Grand Prize is $250,000. Three (3) additional App Prizes will be awarded. The Most Impactful Aging in Place App prize is $100,000, the Most Popular App prize is $75,000, and the Most Inventive App prize is $75,000. All App Prizes will be paid by Sponsor or its designees via check awarded in the name of the winner or winning Team. In the event a Team’s app is deemed a winner, the monetary portion of the prize will be evenly divided amongst all Team members. The value of all prizes to be awarded (including Finalist Prizes and travel for the Event) totals $609,400 USD. Prizes may not be exchanged, sold, or traded. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winner(s) is permitted.

Each of the four (4) winners or at least one member of a Team (if applicable) will be required to attend the Event and will receive accommodations consisting of: (i) round trip economy class air transportation from the major commercial airport nearest to the winner’s residence to Hawthorne, California; (ii) hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (standard room, single occupancy); (iii) and one (1) $250 Uber gift card to be used for ground transportation, valued at $2,350 per person (total ARV of $9,400).
