There are fourteen (14) different Segments to the Sweepstakes: a national Segment (VOID OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND D.C) (the “National Segment”), regional Segment #1 (VALID IN OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS ONLY) (the “Texas Segment”), regional Segment #2 (VALID IN D.C., DELAWARE, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, MAINE, MARYLAND, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VERMONT, VIRGINIA AND WEST VIRGINIA ONLY) (the “Eastern Segment”), regional Segment #3 (VALID IN ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE AND WISCONSIN ONLY) (the “Central Segment”), regional Segment #4 (VALID IN ALASKA, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, IDAHO, MONTANA, NEVADA, NEW MEXICO, OREGON, UTAH, WASHINGTON AND WYOMING ONLY) (the “Western Segment”), regional Segment #5 (VALID IN COLORADO ONLY) (the “Colorado Segment”), regional Segment #6 (VALID IN LOUISIANA ONLY) (the “Louisiana Segment”), regional Segment #7 (VALID IN MISSISSIPPI ONLY) (the “Mississippi Segment”), regional Segment #8 (VALID IN ALABAMA ONLY) (the “Alabama Segment”), regional Segment #9 (VALID IN ARKANSAS ONLY) (the “Arkansas Segment”), regional Segment #10 (VALID IN RHODE ISLAND ONLY) (the “Rhode Island Segment”), regional Segment #11 (VALID IN MASSACHUSETTS ONLY) (the “Massachusetts Segment”), regional Segment #12 (VALID IN NEW HAMPSHIRE ONLY) (the “New Hampshire Segment”) and regional Segment #13 (VALID IN CONNECTICUT ONLY) (the “Connecticut Segment”).
Grand Prize
One (1) grand prize will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. The grand prize will be awarded for entries in the National Segment only. The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin, TX. The grand prize package includes: round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Austin, TX; a five (5) day, four (4) night stay (one room; double occupancy) at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choice; 3-day general admission passes for the winner and one (1) guest to the Austin City Limits Music Festival and one (1) $500 value VISA® gift card. Alcoholic beverages are not part of the prize.
Trip to take place from September 29, 2016 to October 3, 2016. If winner is not available on said dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded (time permitting) to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining entries received. Sponsor will determine airline, flight, and Austin City Limits Music Festival itinerary at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together. All details of travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Lodging and air transportation cannot be used separately. Travel and hotel stay are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the airline carrier(s) and hotel(s) of Sponsor’s choice. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or flight substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), accommodation provider(s), or any other persons or companies providing any of these services and accommodations. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any valid documentation necessary for travel, and winner is responsible for his or her own travel insurance should he or she desire. Prize consists only of the items described above. All expenses not expressly stated in the prize description above as being included in the prize, including, without limitation, meals, ground transportation, tips, souvenirs and hotel incidentals, are the sole responsibility of winner and guest.
If winner chooses not to have a guest accompany him/her on the trip, winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in connection therewith. Use of the prize is conditioned upon winner and guest conducting themselves at all times in a socially responsible, respectful and appropriate manner; should winner and/or his/her guest fail to do so, prize may be immediately terminated and the Sponsor may pursue other legal sanctions against the winner and/or guest, as applicable. Further travel and/or accommodations restrictions may apply.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the grand prize package is $4,500.00. Actual value may vary depending on winner’s residence, airfare fluctuations and/or other factors. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
Additional Prizes
Four (4) additional prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) additional prize will be awarded for entries in the Texas Segment, one (1) additional prize will be awarded for entries in the Eastern Segment, one (1) additional prize will be awarded for entries in the Central Segment and one (1) additional prize will be awarded for entries in the Western Segment. Each additional prize winner will receive 3-day general admission passes for the winner and one (1) guest to the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin, TX. Travel accommodations and alcoholic beverages are not part of the prize.
Tickets will be for festival dates from September 30, 2016 to October 2, 2016. If winner is not available on said dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded (time permitting) to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining entries received. Prize consists only of the items described above. All expenses not expressly stated in the prize description above as being included in the prize, including, without limitation, travel accommodations, meals, ground transportation, tips, souvenirs and hotel incidentals are the sole responsibility of winner and guest.

Instant-Win Prizes
A total of six-hundred and fifteen (615) instant-win prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. Fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Texas Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Eastern Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Central Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Western Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Colorado Segment, seventy-five (75) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first seventy-five (75) eligible entrants in the Louisiana Segment, thirty (30) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first thirty (30) eligible entrants in the Mississippi Segment, thirty (30) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first thirty (30) eligible entrants in the Alabama Segment, thirty (30) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first thirty (30) eligible entrants in the Arkansas Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Rhode Island Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Massachusetts Segment, fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the New Hampshire Segment and fifty (50) instant-win prizes will be awarded to the first fifty (50) eligible entrants in the Connecticut Segment. ARV of each instant-win prize pack is $60.00. Actual value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Total ARV of all instant-win prizes is $36,900.00.
