PRIZE: The following prize package, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) winner (subject to verification): a trip for winner and one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates between approximately July 9, 2015, and July 12, 2015, to San Diego, California to attend the 2015 Comic-Con International: San Diego. Trip consists solely of the following for use only by winner and his or her guest:
• two (2) round-trip, economy-class airfare tickets from a Sponsor-selected airport near the winner’s residence in the Territory to a Sponsor-selected airport in or near San Diego, CA;
• accommodations (single room based on double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a Sponsor-selected hotel in or near San Diego, CA;
• ground transportation between the airport and hotel upon arrival to and departure from San Diego,
• two (2) four-day badges to Comic-Con,
• a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) credit at the hotel spa (full value must be used during prize trip or it will be forfeited), and,
• for winner only, seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) to be awarded in a format selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

ARV of the prize: $4999. In the event that the Sponsor-selected hotel lacks spa facilities (or the spa facilities are, in Sponsor’s sole determination, unavailable for the duration of the prize trip), the spa credit component of the prize will not be awarded and the prize will instead include an additional two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) for winner only, awarded in a format selected by Sponsor. Winner must travel from a Sponsor-selected airport near his/her residence within the Territory on Sponsor-approved dates between approximately July 9, 2015, and July 12, 2015, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
