One (1) Grand Prize shall be awarded, consisting of:

 – Two (2) tickets to see Paloma Faith perform in London, UK, such concert scheduled to take place on June 7, 2013;
 – Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major international airport nearest winner’s hometown (as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) to a London-area airport (as determined by Sponsor);
 – Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) in or around London, UK; and
 – Ground transportation to and from the airport in London, UK.
 Approximate combined retail value of the prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
