Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for four to San Diego, CA. Prize includes roundtrip coach class airfare for winner and three guests from a major commercial airport near winner’s home within the U.S. to San Diego, CA; one quadruple occupancy standard hotel room for 2-nights; rental car for 3-days (automatic transmission; driver must be at least 25 years of age and must present valid photo I.D. at check-in; insurance not included); eight (8) one-day passes valid at a zoo in Southern California; eight VIP passes valid at a zoo in Southern California; and a $100 Visa prepaid card. (ARV: $5,399). Ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation if Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of San Diego, CA and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in value. Zoo/park passes are subject to the terms and conditions listed thereon. Meals, gratuities, parking fees, luggage fees, incidental charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. A minor may accompany winner as a guest only if the winner or another guest is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during event by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner must sign and return a release before awarding of prize. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Winner must accept prize as specified by sponsor or prize may be forfeited. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted except by Sponsor who may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Trip must be completed by September 30, 2012. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Grand Prize winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.
First Prize: (10 winners) One-year supply of dog or cat food from Natural Balance. One-year supply will be awarded in the form of twelve coupons each good for one free bag of Natural Balance dog or cat food (any size). Coupons are subject to terms found on the coupon.
