Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for him/her and up to three guests to San Diego, California to have the opportunity to meet Tony Hawk. Trip consists of economy class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to California; 2-night standard hotel accommodations (one room quadruple occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice; roundtrip ground transportation to and from California airport and hotel; $500.00 spending cash (awarded as a check or gift card at sole discretion of Sponsor). Grand Prize winner must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor between March-August 2011. If Grand Prize winner is not available to travel on such dates for any reason, he/she will be disqualified, without compensation of any kind and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period provided sufficient time remains prior to the meet and greet with Tony Hawk. Meeting Tony Hawk has no cash value and is subject to Tony Hawk’s availability and professional commitments. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests will meet Tony Hawk, together in one session, for a period of up to 30 minutes at time and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with a Sponsor representative (and perhaps other individuals) also being present at all times. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must follow all instructions of Sponsor/Administrator relative to meeting Tony Hawk and, should Grand Prize winner and his/her guests fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior including but not limited to harassment, interruption (as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion), Sponsor will, without further notice or warning, eject Grand Prize winner and his/her guests from meeting with Tony Hawk and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion so as to protect its rights, without liability or other obligation to Grand Prize winner. If Grand Prize winner is ejected from meet and greet, Sponsor may require that Grand Prize winner forfeit any components of Grand Prize not awarded to him/her and return any prize components (or the value of same) previously awarded to him/her. If meeting Tony Hawk is offered for shorter than the indicated time period, for any reason other than inappropriate behavior by Grand Prize winner, Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to awarding the remaining elements of the Grand Prize, to Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. ARV of Grand Prize: $4,500.00.
