Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip for the Grand Prize winner and three verified travel guests to attend the national championship football game in Pasadena, CA on January 6, 2014. Trip includes: round-trip coach class air transportation from a major airport near winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; 3-days/2-nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms); $1,600 in spending money, awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner, to be used towards transportation, meals and other expenses on trip; $3,120 (awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner) to help cover taxes on prize; pre-game hospitality tickets, tickets to the game in Pasadena, CA on January 6, 2014 and a meet and greet with Kirk Herbstreit. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for reporting the value of the prize won. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner’s point of travel origin, airfare and hotel fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and restrictions. Grand Prize winner and Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents, including valid government identification. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not expressly stated in the prize description above, including any airline or other fees, gratuities, meals and any other incidental costs or expenses related to the trip. If winner’s residence is within approximately 150 miles of the event location, winner and Guests will receive ground transportation from winner’s residence to the event in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be given for such substitution. In the event Grand Prize winner decides to rent a car to travel to the event, such car rental is subject to meeting rental car company eligibility criteria and a valid credit card will be required. Most car rental companies require drivers to be twenty-five (25) years of age or older. In the event that winner is under twenty-five (25) years of age, at least one of winner’s Guests must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older in order to rent a car, otherwise, winner and guests must find alternative means of transportation. Airport, airline and hotel accommodations will be determined by the Sponsor. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flier miles. Winner and Guests must travel on the same itinerary and on dates and times as specified by Sponsor (approximate dates of travel are January 5, 2014 through January 7, 2014). Once a travel Guest has been selected, he or she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. If winner is unable to travel on dates specified, Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Winner’s Guests must be 18 years of age or older and of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence. Guests must sign and return a release of liability/publicity before travel is booked. Game tickets are subject to the standard terms and procedures of the championship football game in Pasadena, CA and the terms and conditions listed thereon, and winner’s use is subject to the game’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if event or meet and greet is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omission whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the event, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Grand Prize winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the Grand Prize winner and/or his/her Guest(s) if either winner or his/her Guest(s) violate(s) the previous restrictions or engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. Grand Prize winner and Guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged
