Prize : PRIZES:
A. Each prize consists of a cash award of $10,000, which amount will be donated directly from Sponsor to a validly existing non-profit, charitable organization selected by each winner. To be eligible to receive a prize, each charitable organization must be a validly existing non-profit organization that the Internal Revenue Service has declared tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The winner must provide Sponsor with proof of the selected charitable organization’s eligibility to receive the prize.
B. The judges will select two (2) winning Entries.
C. The total value of all of the prizes to be awarded in the Contest is $20,000.
